DHA - Dubai Health Authority and MOH - Ministry of Health U.A.E., both belong to U.A.E. but both are separate health authorities . If you get the DHA license, you can only work in the health facilities of the Emirate of Dubai. If you get MOH license, you can work in all other Emirates medical facilities except Dubai and Abu Dhabi .
If you are having a DHA license then you should work at least six months in Dubai and later if you get a job offer from other Emirate such as Abu Dhabi or Sharjah then you can transfer your DHA license and no need to reappear for any exam. Just transfer your DHA license to MOH if you get a job offer from other Emirates.We will assist you on this process.

MOH - Ministry of Health - If you apply for this license then you should first work in Sharjah, Ajman, Ummal Quwain, Ras al khaimah and Fujairah.
You have to apply for one medical authority which is enough for you to start working in U.A.E. When you get a job in other Emirate you can transfer your license from DHA (if you hold DHA license) to other Emirate whose jurisdiction comes under other medical authorities. So, get license from any ONE of the above and no need to apply for other license.
Its valid for one year and you need to find a job within one year. Its called eligibility letter stating that you have passed the exams and qualified for appearing interviews.
If you don’t get a job, you can renew this eligibility letter for another year by submitting these documents

First you have to register online on DHA website and get the username and password. The second step is you have to register on dataflow website and upload your documents to get them verified and pay the required fees.
